SPANISH CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 egg and 1 yellow
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk

Cook 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 egg white
1/2 c. brown sugar
