CHICKEN BREASTS IN WHITE WINE 
8 skinned and boned chicken breasts
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. minced shallots
Dash garlic powder
1 c. half and half
1/2 c. white wine
8 oz. sour cream
Salt and pepper
Sliced mushrooms
Parmesan cheese
Bread crumbs

Lay breasts slice by side in buttered casserole. Heat butter and saute shallots. Cook for a few minutes. Add flour and cook a few minutes then add half and half, wine and garlic. Cook until thickened. Add sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Add sauteed mushrooms and pour sauce over chicken. Top with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
