CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH 
1 lb. (4 c.) cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 to 1/2 orange

Put cranberries through meat grinder. Pare orange with sharp knife. Remove seeds. Trim off white membrane leaving the pulp exposed on the surface. Put rind and pulp through grinder. Mix with sugar and berries. Let stand a few hours before serving.
