Cooked, sliced potatoes
Onions, sliced
Garlic, minced
4 eggs
2 c. milk
Several sausage patties, cooked
Peppers, red or green, sliced
Grated Swiss cheese

Saute vegetables in hot oil. Mix with potatoes, place into a buttered casserole dish. Top with sausage. Mix milk and eggs, pour over all. Top with grated cheese. Bake about 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
