OVEN-ORANGE CHICKEN 
2 lbs. cut up chicken
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup undiluted orange juice
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 medium oranges (optional)

Place chicken in 2 -quart baking dish. Sprinkle green pepper and onion on top. Combine remaining ingredients except oranges and mix until smooth. Cover chicken with mixture and bake covered for 1 hour at 350°F. Place orange slices on last.

Serves 4.
