NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE COVERED
COOKIES
 
2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. flaked coconut
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together and shape into balls.

CHOCOLATE MIX:

Melt 1/2 cake paraffin wax and 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips in a double boiler.

Drop balls into chocolate mix and dip out with a fork. Place on wax paper to cool, then refrigerate.
