NO BAKE BUCKEYES | |
1/2 lb. butter 1/2 lb. graham cracker crumbs 1 lb. bag confectioners' sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. peanut butter Mix butter and confectioners' sugar together. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well. Add graham cracker crumbs, mix well. Make 1 inch balls. Chill until firm. Melt chocolate and dip balls. They freeze very well. (I use the chocolate disc that you use to make candy with. You can use any kind you want.) |
