PIZZA ROLLS 
2 tbsp. yeast (1 pkg.)
2 c. warm water
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. oil
4 1/2-5 c. flour

FILLING:

Ragu pizza sauce
Pepperoni or Canadian bacon
Mozzarella cheese, grated

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in sugar, salt, oil and flour. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rest about 5 minutes.

Pat 3 inch chunks of dough into 4-5 inch circles, 1/2 inch thick, or so. Put 1 teaspoon pizza sauce on each. Add small amounts of cheese and meat. Gather up and pinch top (too much filling will cause roll to break open during cooking). Bake on greased cookie sheets, 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Brush tops with butter. Makes about 6-8 rolls.
