TURKEY STIR FRY 
1 lb. turkey strips
1 clove garlic
Ginger root, sm. piece
Onion, sm.
Sm. bunch broccoli
Sm. bell pepper
Soy sauce to taste

In a Wok or nonstick fry pan, stir fry garlic, ginger root, onion, bell pepper and turkey strips until turkey is well cooked. Add broccoli and cook until broccoli is tender. Add soy sauce. Remove ginger root and garlic. Serve over rice.
