STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
Lg. mushrooms
Sm. onion
4 slices bacon
Cooked chicken
Bread crumbs
1/3 c. sherry
Salt and pepper

Saute large mushroom caps in butter - set aside. Saute stems (chopped fine) and a small onion (chopped fine). In frying pan with stems add 4 pieces of cooked bacon (cut fine) and a small amount of cooked shredded chicken - very fine. Add seasoned bread crumbs and about 1/3 cup sherry and salt and pepper.

Put this stuffing in the caps. Put under broiler for about 10 minutes. Watch carefully. Don't burn!
