CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 chopped bell pepper
1 head cabbage
Salt, pepper & chili powder to taste
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 sm. chopped onion
1 sm. can tomatoes

Season ground meat with salt, pepper and chili powder. Add onion, green pepper and uncooked rice. Mix together.

Form into 3" to 4" rolls.

Separate cabbage leaves and wilt cabbage in hot water for 30 minutes or until flexible and will not tear when rolled.

Wrap meat mixture in cabbage leaves and place in cooking vessel. Add tomatoes and enough water to cover rolls completely. Cook slowly for about 35 minutes until done.
