HELEN'S MEATBALLS AND GRAVY 
1 lb. ground pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 lb. cracker crumbs
2 c. water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. med. white sauce
Salt and pepper

Mix sausage, hamburger, cracker crumbs, onion, salt, and pepper thoroughly by hand. Form into balls or patties; roll in flour. Brown in oil. When browned, add water, white sauce, and Worcestershire to make gravy. Simmer and serve.
