CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Prepare unbaked pie shell. Mix sugar, cocoa, butter. Stir well. Add eggs and beat with mixer 2 1/2 minutes. Add salt, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in pecans. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool Whip on top.
