SPINACH SALAD | |
2 lbs. fresh spinach 1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled 4 hard cooked eggs, chopped 1 c. fresh bean sprouts, optional 1 sm. can water chestnuts, sliced DRESSING: 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. honey 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. catsup 1/4 c. oil Mix together all dressing ingredients. Tear spinach leaves and place in large bowl. Add rest of ingredients. Pour the dressing over all and toss. |
