FRIENDSHIP CAKE 
Day 1: (The same day you receive the batter.) Add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup sifted flour and 1 cup milk. Stir and cover with foil. (Leave on counter.)

Day 2: Stir and cover.

Day 3: Stir and cover.

Day 4: Stir and cover.

Day 5: Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup milk. Stir and cover.

Day 6: Stir and cover.

Day 7: Stir and cover.

Day 8: Stir and cover.

Day 9: Stir and cover.

Day 10: Remove 3 cups of batter (one each for 3 friends) and to the remaining batter add:

1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
1 sm. apple, peeled, cored & chopped
1 sm. carrot, grated
1 sm. can drained crushed pineapple

Mix well and pour into greased, floured 3 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
