CORNMEAL PANCAKES 
2 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Egg Beaters

Mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in a large bowl. Add yogurt, milk and Egg Beaters. Beat briskly with wooden spoon until well mixed.

Heat griddle over high heat. Reduce heat and oil griddle. Cook pancakes until done.
