1 box Jiffy corn meal mix
3 eggs
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 lg. chopped onion
1 box frozen chopped broccoli
Chopped jalapeno peppers
1 stick melted butter

Thaw and blot dry frozen broccoli. Mix all ingredients, using 1/2 the melted butter in the batter. Use the other 1/2 of melted butter to pour in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Pour mixture into pan and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
