PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. sage
1 can tomato soup
1/3 c. rice
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
1 egg

Wash rice and mix with hamburger. Add onion, sage, salt, pepper and beaten egg. Mix and form into small balls. Place in deep casserole. Mix tomato soup with 1 can water, heat and pour over meat balls. Bake about 1 1/2 hours in moderate (350 degree) oven.
