CHICKEN KIEV 
8 boneless chicken breasts, pressed out flat between 2 waxed papers

Roll 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese inside each breast. Secure with toothpick. Roll in flour. Fry until browned.

SAUCE:

Mix flour and fry drippings to chicken broth - 2 cans, 1/2 cup wine and 1/2 cup water. Pour over chicken breast. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
