PEPPER RELISH 
12 lg. sweet red peppers
12 lg. sweet green peppers
10 lg. onions
1 lg. head cabbage
1 qt. vinegar
2 tbsp. untreated salt
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed

Grind the first 4 ingredients in meat grinder. Cover mixture with boiling water; let cool and drain. Add vinegar, salt, sugar, and mustard seed. Bring mixture to boil. Boil 10 minutes. Put into sterilized pint jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space. Cover as directed. Process in boiling water bath according to manufacturers direction for 10 minutes.
