SLOPPY JOES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. ketchup
2 to 3 tbsp. mustard (stoneground best)

Cook meat and onions together until meat is thoroughly cooked and onions tender. Add soup along with 2/3 can of water. Stir until soup is creamy. Add ketchup and mustard. Stir and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Serve on open faced toast or on hamburger buns.
