SASSY CONEYWICH | |
1/2 lb. ground beef 1 can Manwich sauce 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish 2 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 8-10 frankfurters 8-10 frankfurter buns 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Saute ground beef until it loses its redness; drain fat. Stir in Manwich sauce, pickle relish, mustard and Worcestershire until well blended. Arrange frankfurters in meat mixture; cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Turn frankfurters occasionally. Open buns and toast lightly. Place frankfurters in buns; spoon the meat mixture down the center. Top with shredded cheese. |
