CREME DE MENTHE BARS 
BOTTOM LAYER:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Heat and stir butter and cocoa until well blended. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, beaten egg and vanilla. Stir in graham cracker crumbs. Mix well and press in bottom of ungreased 13"x9"x2" pan. Chill.

MIDDLE LAYER:

1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. green creme de menthe
3 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter, add creme de menthe. Beat in powdered sugar, can use mixer. Beat until smooth. Spread over chocolate layer. Chill 1 hour.

TOP LAYER:

1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips

In small saucepan melt butter and chocolate chips. Mix and spread over mint layer. Chill 1 to 2 hours. Cut in squares. Store in refrigerator.
