PORK CHOP SPECIAL 
5 butterfly pork chops, cut 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick
1 lg. green pepper, finely chopped
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
Salt & pepper
1 c. whole grain rice

Take pork chops and lightly brown in small amount of fat. Add water to cover. Add green pepper and onion, salt and pepper. Simmer 1 hour slowly. Add whole grain rice. Cook slowly until rice is cooked and fluffy. Serve with soy sauce.
