POORMAN'S STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. chopped meat
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream

Brown chopped meat and onion until tender. Drain fat. Add soup and stir until heated (do not add water to soup). Add sour cream and stir until heated. Be careful not to burn. Serve over noodles. Serves 4.
