MARIE'S POT ROAST | |
2-3 lb. pot roast Salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion salt 1/4 c. butter Worcestershire sauce 2 bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 c. hot water 1 lg. can beef gravy 2 med. onions 2 pkg. carrots 6 med. potatoes Cover both sides of roast with seasonings. Brown meat on both sides in butter and Worcestershire sauce. Add bouillon and gravy. Add onions, cut in half. Cover and cook roast 2-3 hours. Add carrots and potatoes (peeled and cut in half). Cook for another 1-1 1/2 hours. |
