RASPBERRY SQUARES 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/4 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
2/3 c. jam
2 tbsp. lemon

Mix all dry ingredients, no sugars. Beat butter for 1 minute. Beat in sugars until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients.
