SPINACH MADELINE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach (reserve liquid)
4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. celery salt
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 roll jalapeno pepper cheese

Cook spinach - cool and drain. Reserve liquid. Melt butter. Add chopped onions and cook until soft. Add flour. Stir. Add 1/2 cup spinach juice. Stir in 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Add pepper, celery salt, garlic salt, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in cheese and mix in spinach. Serves 5-6. Bake at 350 degrees until hot.
