SPINACH - MADELINE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. vegetable liquor
6 oz. jalapeno cheese
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. celery salt
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Red pepper to taste
3 1/2 oz. slivered almonds

Cook spinach according to directions. Drain and reserve liquor. Melt butter.. Add flour but do not brown. Add liquor slowly and cook until smooth and thick. Add cheese and seasoning cut cheese into small pieces, then combine. Add slivered almonds.
