1 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. M&M'S®
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Cream together shortening, sugar, vanilla, brown sugar and eggs. Then add flour, baking soda, salt and M&M'S®. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
