BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. (1 box) broccoli floweretts (cooked)
1 can celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Crumb 1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Mix soup, sour cream, chopped onion and grated cheese in casserole dish. Gently mix in cooked, drained broccoli. Mix crumbled crackers with stick of softened butter, spread on top of broccoli mix. Cook uncovered, 350 degrees for 30 minutes until lightly browned.
