PUMPKIN PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. cooked pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 unbaked shell
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

In small bowl combine eggs, sugar, pumpkin, corn syrup and vanilla. Then thoroughly mix in spices. Pour into unbaked shell. Top with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. Chill. Serve with whipped cream.
