COCONUT CRUNCH 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. coconut

Mix above ingredients and brown in oven at 350 degrees until golden brown. Always keep stirring it. Then let cool. Then prepare 1 package vanilla (or chocolate) pudding and 1 tablespoon cornstarch according to directions and let cool. When both are cooled, place 1/4 of crunch in bottom of 9-inch square pan. Add cooled pudding; top with Cool Whip and rest of crunch. Chill. Serves 8.
