SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 
1 to 2 c. cream, not milk
10 pieces bacon
2 eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Nutmeg
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lb. spaghetti

1. Mix cream, eggs and cheese in bowl. Add a sprinkle of nutmeg and salt and pepper to taste.

2. Fry bacon.

3. Boil spaghetti. Drain it. Add crumbled bacon and cream mixture. Toss well.
