MEXICAN ONE PAN DINNER 
1/2 lb. ground sausage, hot or sweet
1/2 lb. ground meat, left over meat
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. pepper, green, chopped
1 1/2 - 2 qts. spaghetti sauce or tomato sauce, etc.
4 c. macaroni, uncooked
Oregano
Garlic
Basil
Salt & pepper
Chili powder
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Saute pepper, onion and ground sausage and ground meat or left over meat. When cooked, drain off excess fat. Add spaghetti sauce and uncooked macaroni. Cover and cook until macaroni is cooked. Remove from heat, add spices. Add sour cream. Adjust spices and add chili powder. Serve with bread, salad or a vegetable. NOTE: If you use left over meat add after sausage is almost cooked and just heat through. Use large deep skillet.
