JAMBALAYA 
1 c. shrimp
1 c. ham
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. diced onion
4-8 drops Tabasco sauce
1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni
3/4 stick butter
1 2/3 c. water

Cut up shrimp, ham, green pepper and celery into bite size pieces. Brown rice- a-roni in butter. Add all other ingredients and let simmer for 15 minutes.
