BRUNCH MEAL | |
8 slices white bread, cubed 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 lb. cooked link sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces 4 eggs 2 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can milk Mix all ingredients together except mushroom soup and 1/2 can milk. Put mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next morning add cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can milk, and stir. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour (glass pan - 325 degrees for 1 hour). Cut into squares and serve hot. |
