CALICO SOUP 
2 c. dried pinto beans
Kidney beans
Black turtle beans
Black eyed peas
Split peas
1 lb. ham hock
2 med. onions
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 can Rotel
Garlic salt & pepper to taste

Soak beans overnight, put ham on to cook early with small amount of water. Add onion, beans, cook 3 hours. Add peas, tomatoes, Rotel and seasoning. Cook all day slow. Serve with cornbread. Add water as cooking when needed.
