JEWISH APPLE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1/3 c. orange juice
3 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder

All in one bowl.

Another bowl:

4 Mac apples, peeled & sliced
4 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
Chopped walnuts

Grease and flour angel food pan. Pour 1/3 batter in bottom of pan. Sprinkle apple mixture on top. Add more batter and apple mixture. Top off with batter. Place in center of oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
