ITALIAN LOVE CAKE | |
1 pkg. marble cake mix 3/4 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 1 tsp. vanilla 2 lbs. ricotta cheese 1 c. milk 4 eggs 1 3/4 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding Mix cake as directed on box. Pour into floured and greased 9 x 13 inch pan. In separate bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, sugar, 4 eggs and vanilla. Mix well and spoon over top of unbaked cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool completely. Mix pudding mix with milk until thick and then fold in Cool Whip. Spread on top of cake. Refrigerate. |
