BEEF 'N' TATER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. pkg. frozen tater tots
2 tsp. instant, minced onion
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Crumble meat in 2-quart casserole. Cook in microwave oven on high for 3 to 4 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink. Stir halfway through cooking time. Drain. Top with tater tots and onion. Mix soups together and pour over tater tots. Bake in microwave on high for 12 to 14 minutes, or until heated through, and temperature of 150 degrees is reached.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
