HAMBURGER CRUNCH 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. cut up onions
1 c. parboiled rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Pet evaporated milk
1 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
Few grains pepper
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Brown beef and onion in large skillet. Drain. Add rice. Mix mushroom soup, evaporated milk, water, soy sauce and pepper. Simmer, stirring occasionally about 30 to 35 minutes or until rice is done. Sprinkle chow mein noodles on top to serve. Serves 4.
