OPEN-FACE CRAB SUPREME 
8 slices bread, lightly toasted
Tartar sauce
2 c. flaked crab meat (two 6 oz. cans)
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated American cheese (4 oz.)

Spread crab meat on toast. Place under broiler until cheese is melted. Nice for that special luncheon.
