2 (3 oz.) peach Jello
1 box reg. vanilla pudding
3 c. boiling water
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 lg. can sliced peaches
8 oz. Cool Whip

Boil water, Jello and pudding. Add marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Add peaches, juice and all. Chill in 9x13 pan. Top with Cool Whip.
