CASSEROLE OF CHICKEN AND CORN 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
3 c. corn
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk or chicken stock
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. finely cut pepper or pimiento (optional)

Mix all ingredients in order given. Place in greased baking dish. Bake 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
