RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 tbsp. butter, melted 2 well-beaten eggs 3 c. diced rhubarb Blend the first 4 ingredients with eggs and pour over rhubarb in pie crust. Add the top crust and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. |
