WEIGHT WATCHERS COOKIES | |
2 1/4 c. flour 1 c. Weight Watchers butter 18 packs Sweet 'N Low 3/4 c. brown sugar (Sweet 'N Low brand) or equivalent 1 tsp. vanilla 2 egg whites 2 c. carob chips (12 oz.) Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine butter, Sweet 'N Low, brown sugar substitute, and vanilla; beat until creamy. Beat in egg whites. Gradually add flour. Stir in carob chips. Drop by level teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen. To make 1 large cookie prepare as above except spread in greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch pan. |
