POTATO ROLLS OR BREAD 
1 stick butter
1 c. scalded milk

Dissolve and cool. 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. mashed potato 2 well beaten eggs

Add to above mixture.

Let rest until foamy; add to other mixture.

Add 4 to 5 cups flour to make a soft dough (for rolls); a little more flour will be needed to make bread loaves. Knead on floured board. Place in greased bowl and allow to rise - punch down and let it rise a second time, then knead, shape into rolls or loaves and place in greased pans. Let rise. Bake at 400 degrees for rolls or 350 degrees for loaves for about 30 minutes.
