MEAT BALLS AND RICE | |
2 lb. ground chuck 1 box Lipton dry onion soup 1 large can tomato sauce 2 stale bread crumbs 1 egg 1 box instant rice Blend ground chuck, Lipton onion soup, egg and bread. Brown golf ball size meat balls in skillet. Blend large tomato sauce and Lipton onion soup package. Pour tomato blend over browned meat balls; turn on low and simmer until meat is cooked through and sauce thickened. Prepare rice (2 cups) according to box directions. Place in large dish. Pour meat balls and sauce over rice. |
