MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs slightly beaten
2 c. crushed cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped sweet peppers
9 drops tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
dash salt

Sauce:

1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 drops tabasco sauce

Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix all ingredients and shape into 1 inch balls. Place single layer of meat balls in ungreased 9 x 13 pan.

Bake for 30 minutes. Place meat balls in casserole. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meat balls.

Bake 1 hour longer.

Makes 2 to 2 1/2 dozen meatballs.
